The English Civil War Society portrays Battles from the Civil Wars all around the Country. We shall be enacting 'The Battle of Chippenham' on July 25th and 26th at Monkton Park with a Historical Campsite on the Island. We always enjoy our journeys to Chippenham and are very happy to have been invited for the Fourth time.

We engaged in the longest canal restoration in the UK . 70 miles of Wilts & Berks canal and towpath for the benefit of local communities, wildlife and leisure. From Melksham to Abingdon and giving our volunteers the opportunity to engage with local communities whilst leaning new skills and making new friends along the way.

"Kelly is a Chippenham-based watercolour artist specialising in detailed, bespoke illustrations of meaningful places, from cherished homes and gardens to wedding venues and landscapes. She creates illustrated wedding stationery tailored to each couple, as well as commissioned artwork for businesses such as shop front portraits, greeting card designs, and wall illustrations. At the event, Kelly will be offering live illustration and a range of prints and original artwork, including a new illustrated map of the town and landscape illustrations of Chippenham’s four quarters. She also runs monthly watercolour workshops in Chippenham, as well as private workshops for events and corporate teams. Visit the stand to have your own illustration created in real time, browse the collection, and chat to Kelly about wedding illustration, commissions, and workshops."
